Río San Mateo ist ein Fluss im Departamento Cochabamba in Bolivien, der sich bei der Stadt Villa Tunari mit dem Río Espíritu Santo zum Río Chapare vereinigt, welcher der Provinz und der ganzen Region ihren Namen gegeben hat.
