Richard Holtze

Richard Holtze (* 9. Februar 1824 in Belk, Kreis Rybnik; † 27. Januar 1891 in Kattowitz) war ein Arzt, Abgeordneter des Preußischen Abgeordnetenhauses und der erste und langjährige Stadtratsvorsitzender von Kattowitz.
