Sie entstand als Commune nouvelle mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2019, indem die bisherigen Gemeinden Roussac, Saint-Pardoux und Saint-Symphorien-sur-Couze fusioniert wurden. Diese sind seither Communes déléguées. Die Mairie befindet sich in Roussac.
