Sowa ist eine Stadt innerhalb des Central District in Botswana. Dort befindet sich ein bedeutendes Sodabergwerk, in dem auch Natriumchlorid gewonnen wird. Sowa ist die kleinste selbstverwaltete Stadt des Landes.
