Starkenburg (Provinz)

Die Provinz Starkenburg war eine von drei Provinzen des Großherzogtums und späteren Volksstaats Hessen. Sie bestand ab 1803 als Fürstentum, 1816 bis 1937 als Provinz. Hauptstadt war Darmstadt, wichtigste Industriestadt Offenbach.
