Der Strathcona Provincial Park ist der größte Park auf Vancouver Island. Er erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 2458 km² und ist zugleich der älteste der „Provincial Parks“ in British Columbia (gegründet 1911). Benannt wurde er nach Donald Smith, 1. Baron Strathcona and Mount Royal, einem kanadischen Eisenbahnpionier und Banker sowie Philanthropen.

Der Park liegt zum großen Teil im Strathcona Regional District. Kleine Parkteile liegen auch im Comox Valley Regional District.
