Wohnungsgrundbuch

Das Wohnungsgrundbuch ist im Grundbuchrecht eine spezielle Form des Grundbuchs, in welchem nicht Grundstücke, sondern das grundstücksgleiche Recht des Wohnungseigentums im Sinne des deutschen Wohnungseigentumsgesetzes (WEG) verzeichnet ist.
