Şirvan (russisch Ширван Schirwan) ist eine Stadt mit dem Status eines Rayons in Aserbaidschan. In der Stadt leben 87.900 Einwohner (Stand: 2021). 2014 betrug die Einwohnerzahl etwa 77.000. Bis 2008 hieß die Stadt Əli Bayramlı.
