Die Avtopat A3 (ehm. Polaavtopat M5 und Polaavtopat M5K) ist eine nordmazedonische Halbautobahn, die von der A2 bei Podmolje am Ohridsee über Ohrid, Bitola, Prilep, Veles und Štip zur bulgarischen Grenze bei Delčevo führt.
