Die Bindenralle (Hypotaenidia philippensis, Syn.: Gallirallus philippensis) ist eine mittelgroße bis große, langschwänzige Rallenart, die von den Philippinen bis nach Australien und Neuseeland vorkommt.
Die Bestandssituation der Bindenralle wird mit nicht gefährdet (least concern) angegeben. Es werden zahlreiche Unterarten unterschieden.
