Das Clarke County ist ein County im Bundesstaat Alabama der Vereinigten Staaten. Bei der Volkszählung im Jahr 2010 hatte das County 25.833 Einwohner und eine Bevölkerungsdichte von 9 Einwohnern pro Quadratkilometer. Der Verwaltungssitz (County Seat) ist Grove Hill. Das County gehört zu den Dry Countys, was bedeutet, dass der Verkauf von Alkohol eingeschränkt oder verboten ist.
