Der Sitz der Countyverwaltung (County Seat) befindet sich in Elba, wenn auch in Enterprise ein zusätzliches Courthouse steht. Das County gehört zu den Dry Countys, was bedeutet, dass der Verkauf von Alkohol eingeschränkt oder verboten ist.
