Gəncə (russisch Гянджа Gjandscha), eingedeutscht auch Gandscha oder Gändschä, ehemals Jelisawetpol (Elisavetpol’ oder Elizavetpol’), dann Kirowabad (Kirovabad), überlieferter persischer Name گنجه, DMG Ganǧa/Ganǧe, ‚Schatzkammer‘, armenisch Գանձակ (Gandsak), ist mit 335.800 Einwohnern (Stand: 2021) die drittgrößte Stadt Aserbaidschans.
