Das Municipio Guadalupe ist ein Municipio im mexikanischen Bundesstaat Nuevo León. Es liegt im Zentrum des Bundesstaates und gehört zur Metropolregion Monterrey. Sein Verwaltungssitz ist die Stadt Guadalupe, die nach der Jungfrau von Guadalupe benannt ist.
