Santa Cruz de la Sierra (meist nur: Santa Cruz) ist die Hauptstadt des Departamento Santa Cruz im südöstlichen Bolivien, ca. 550 km östlich von La Paz. Mit rund 1.903.398 Einwohnern (2022) ist die Tieflandmetropole die größte Stadt des Landes.
