The Iron Horse Warrior mountain bike was released in 2006. The bike sports an aluminium hard-tail frame with a standard geometry, well known as a good cross-country or all mountain frame. Standard suspension on the Iron Horse Warrior is the Rock Shox Tora 302 Air, providing 100 mm of travel. The bike rides on 26" wheels, has a 27 speed transmission (3 gears in the front, 9 in the rear), and Shimano derailleurs.

Iron Horse first started manufacturing bicycles in Islandia, NY. They started their business in 1987 and made all genres of bikes. They were best known for making downhill mountain bikes. Throughout the 90's and early 2000's, Iron Horse won two downhill world championships in early 2009, Iron Horse filed for bankruptcy due to poor managerial decisions. Dorel Industries acquired Iron Horse on July 15th in that same year.
