The Chef's Choice M115 is made by Edgecraft Corporation. It was released in 2013. The model number M115 is specific only to Costco. The generic model number is the M120.
The M115 sharpens knifes using 3 stage method. %100 diamond abrasives are used in stages 1 and 2, and an ultra fine polishing disk is used in stage 3. Safe for kitchen knifes, pocket knifes, hunting and fishing knifes.
