The Dell Inspiron line of laptops, desktops, and all-in-one computers are designed with consumers and home users in mind. The Inspiron series has grown much over time, from the initial Celeron 1.4GHz processors and limited motherboards. Now, they host more ports, power management, and up-to-date performance parts. This, however, only came after a total overhaul by Dell after successive issues with batteries and design flaws of the mid 2000's. The Dell Inspiron 3501 is one of many daily-drivers offered at a very reasonable price point for hardware only a generation or two behind higher end devices.
