The Memorex 2Xtreme MP3830-01 is a sports-style CD boombox first released February 14, 2003. The boombox is distinguished by its black handle centered between its two speakers and its CD player and antenna on top. Its body is metallic in color and oblong in shape with rounded edges.
Additionally, the 2Xtreme MP3830-01 includes Memorex's X-BASS feature which enhances the boombox's bass response with just the push of a button. It also has the ability to recall up to 15 AM/FM radio stations and can be programmed to playback up to 16 CD tracks in any order the user desires.
