Background and Identification:
Nokia E71x is a variation of the Nokia E71. There are no hardware differences and software differences are limited to the main and standby menus. It can be distinguished easily by its physical appearance. Physical differences include its steel black body and the AT&T logo. For these reasons it can be considered the U.S. edition of the E71. The E71(x) runs Nokia’s Symbian OS. The memory is expandable to 8 gigabyte memory via micro SDHC.
The Nokia E71x is small, sleek, black business smart-phone, incorporating a qwerty key pad and 3.2 megapixel camera. The phone is used primarily in the business sector because it uses a functional calendar and contacts package, along with HSDPA data connection up to 3.6 Mbit/s for fast web browsing and downloading additional features. For email solutions the Nokia E71x makes use of the Nokia Intellisync Wireless Email.
