John Joseph „Johnny“ Hayes (* 10. April 1886 in Nenagh, County Tipperary, Irland; † 25. August 1965 in Englewood, New Jersey) war ein irisch-amerikanischer Leichtathlet und Gewinner des Marathonlaufs bei den Olympischen Spielen 1908 in London.
