Das Unternehmen stellte Backpulver, Vanillinzucker, Einkochhilfe, Backeiweiß, Pudding und Brausen für den österreichischen Markt her. Das bekannteste Produkt des Unternehmens war der bis heute im Handel erhältliche FLANA-Pudding. Die Produktionsstätte befand sich in Villach.
