Phenolsäuren

Phenolsäuren (Phenolcarbonsäuren) sind aromatische chemische Verbindungen, wichtige Gruppen sind die Hydroxybenzoesäuren und Hydroxyzimtsäuren. Damit sind sie Phenole und aufgrund ihrer Carboxygruppe auch Carbonsäuren.
