Asus Chromebook C523 Repair

The Asus Chromebook C523N was released in October 2018, as an affordable lightweight laptop. The device is constructed with an ultra thin build and features a 15.6” anti-glare display screen. At the top of the 1080p touchscreen, a webcam and two microphones are located.

The shell is encased in a platinum grey plastic that hides fingerprints and scratches. Although, plastic finishes are more susceptible to cracking compared to durable materials.

The device comes with a preinstalled virus protector and the standard google apps. The laptop maintains a battery life for up to 10 hours and is equipped with 180° hinge that allows it to lie completely flat for convenient sharing purposes.

The C523N has the largest Chromebook screen that Asus has produced. It is a similar and larger make of the C423N model. The model number can be found when flipping the Chromebook over to the underside. There is a black square with information and the number can be found there.
