Die Stadt liegt im Zentrum des Städtedreiecks „BAB“ (Biarritz, Anglet, Bayonne) an dem Fluss Adour und am Atlantik (Golf von Biskaya). Der Flughafen Biarritz liegt zum Teil im Stadtgebiet von Anglet.
