LG K20 Plus Repair

The LG K20 Plus Android smartphone was released by LG Electronics in March 2017 as part of the K Series. The LG K20 Plus includes model numbers LG K20 V, LG VS501, and LG TP260 where the “V” model is exclusively sold from Verizon. The LG K20 Plus was released only with a black body color.

The LG K20 Plus features a 5.3-inch screen with a resolution of 720 by 1280 pixels. Depending on the model, K20 Plus phones include 2 GB of RAM and either 16 GB or 32 GB of internal storage. The phone also includes a single 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. Non-Verizon K20 Plus models feature a 2700 mAh removable battery, meaning their batteries' adhesive is not permanent, making repair and replacement easier than for non-removable batteries. The Verizon K20 Plus model includes a slightly larger 2800 mAh battery which is also removable.

A Tom’s Guide review of the LG K20 Plus appreciated the phone’s decent battery life and solid rear camera but found that it had lagging performance and no USB-C port.

LG phones include the LG logo, which depicts the letters “LG” in the shape of a human face. On LG K20 Plus phones, the LG logo is located in the bottom center bezel on the front of the phone. The LG K20 Plus features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
