Background and Identification
The LG Optimus F60 has a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core processor which allows for downloads up to 100 Mbps. This smartphone also includes Bluetooth 4.0 version with A2DP, an internal antenna, 1GB RAM memory, 8GB of internal storage, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, but is not equipt with NFC connection.
The LG Optimus F60 is identified by its black body and silver edges, differentiating from the later LG Optimus F70 which comes in either white or black. The LG Optimus F60 also does not have any buttons on the front of the device, while the LG Optimus F70 has a home, menu, and back button. Another way to verify if your phone is the LG Optimus F60 is to remove the back panel off of the phone, remove the battery, and check the white label for the model number “MS395”.
The LG Optimus F60 is a small, lightweight device coming in at about 2.67 x 5.02 inches, 4.97 ounces, and 10.7 millimeters thick. This version of the LG Optimus is a smaller design than later models but still has a sufficient screen size of 4.5 inches. The main back camera is equipped with a 5 megapixel camera with auto focus, LED flash, and face/smile detection. The front facing camera is equipped with .3 megapixels and VGA video recording. On the LG Optimus F60 you can view MP4, H.264, and H.263 video formats and listen to MP3, WAV, eAAC+, FLAC audio. On the more basic side of the LG Optimus F60, there is a 2.0 Micro-B USB port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The LG Optimus F60 was ultimately replaced with the LG Optimus F70 in May 2014.
