The Razer Kraken Ultimate (RZ04-03180) is an over the ear Gaming Headset for use in recreational and professional settings. Since its release on November 14th, the headset has been manufactured by Razer. Inc. A gaming hardware and accessories company based in Singapore. Throughout the device history, there have been no known recalls. The device is compatible with gaming consoles (Xbox Series & PlayStation) and personal computers alike. Including MAC and Windows devices.

The headset features two speakers attached by a maneuverable headband and an integrated adjustable microphone. Weighing in at around four ounces, the headset provides high definition audio and noise canceling capabilities, as well as compatibility with all modern gaming consoles and personal computers. It differs from similar pro models of the same product family by a few distinct features. Including strict wired functionality and no ability to fold into a more compact and portable position. While both devices feature Razer’s distinctive RGB Chroma lighting, it may be difficult to tell them apart at a distance. But the Kraken Ultimate’s wired functionality should be immediately apparent at second glance as it features a long USB-A connector.

If your headset has an auxiliary jack and no USB-A, it might be a Razer Kraken instead.
