Background and Identification
The Lenovo IdeaPad S210 Touch is Lenovo’s 11th generation of IdeaPad ‘S’ models. The ‘S’ designation denotes it as an ‘ultra-portable’ laptop. The IdeaPad lineup evolved from Lenovo’s ‘ThinkPad’, a business oriented laptop known for its battery life and ease of use. Some of the changes included adding a touch screen and increasing battery life. While most IdeaPad S210 models are black, Lenovo released a limited run of white laptops.
The S210 is characterized by its small form factor, glossy 11.6” touch screen, and Dolby audio. The IdeaPad S210 also shares many identical parts such as the keyboard, case, hard drive, and system memory with the slightly older model, the IdeaPad S215.
As of July 18th 2019, there have been no recalls for the Lenovo IdeaPad S210.
